4. Orders & Payment

  • We accept cards, COD, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and other payment methods.
  • In case of pricing or stock errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days domestically; international timelines vary by destination.
  • Free shipping applies to orders over PKR 7500.
  • Gripp is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.


6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Worn items may only be exchanged for a different size, not refunded, for hygiene reasons.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
